Seaweed, oiled lightly and salted; baked in a 350 degree oven for 3 minutes. Bake 5 sheets combined, cut into serving size pieces; approximately 4x4 inch squares. Japanese pickle relish Sliced cucumbers Sliced avocado Cooked rice Soy sauce
Place all of the above on a platter. To assemble, take 1 slice of seaweed and place a small amount of rice and other ingredients in center of seaweed square. Place a small amount of soy sauce on top and wrap seaweed around the filling. Enjoy!
NOTE: All ingredients can be obtained at any Oriental grocery.
