CREAMED HAMBURGER 
1 lb. hamburger
1 med. onion
1/2 c. flour
Milk and salt and pepper

Cook hamburger and onion, drain. Mix flour and milk enough to mix well. Pour into hamburger. Makes gravy. Add more milk, if needed. Good over boiled potatoes.

I grew up eating creamed hamburger on toast (or bread) for breakfast. It's a taste of home. Basic recipe rocks but sometimes we'd jazz it up with a bit of garlic powder, soy sauce or maybe a little "Better than Bullion". It's all good!
