CREAM CHEESE CAKE IN A PIE PAN 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 beaten eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. almond extract

Filling:

2 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Heat oven to 350°F. Soften cream cheese. Add eggs slowly, then sugar and almond extract. Beat well. Pour into 10-inch pie pan.

Bake 50 minutes. Remove from oven. Cool slightly.

Mix together sour cream, sugar and vanilla and pour over baked crust. Return to oven for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and refrigerate when cool. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.

Serves 10 to 12.
