CRUST: 1 pkg. Lorna Doone cookies 1 tsp. cinnamon 2 tsp. sugar 5 tbsp. melted butter Mix and put in 9 inch pie plate. OR may use ready made graham cracker crust. FILLING: 1 lb. cream cheese (regular or lite) 1 tsp. vanilla 2 eggs 3/4 c. sugar Beat filling until smooth (soften cream cheese) and pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. May top with any fresh fruit or use Lucky Leaf can cherries. Refrigerate. Serves 8 or more depending on size as this is very rich but delicious. | |
