1 pkg. Pillsbury plus German chocolate cake mix
1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 egg
6 oz. pkg. (1 c.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. chopped walnuts

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 13"x9" pan. In large bowl combine cake mix, milk, butter and egg. Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts (batter will be very thick). Spread in prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Cool completely; cut into bars. 36 bars.
