1 (13 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
1 (3 oz.) box instant pistachio pudding
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. coconut (optional)

Sprinkle pudding mix over Cool Whip. Add remaining ingredients and mix together. Refrigerate. Serves 8.
