HOT CRAB DISH 
8 slices bread, crusts removed & cubed
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 green pepper, chopped
3 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Paprika
2 c. King crab meat
1 onion, diced
1 c. celery, chopped
4 eggs, beaten
Grated longhorn cheddar cheese to cover top

Place 4 slices of cubed bread in large, oiled baking dish. Cover with onion, celery, crab, pepper and mayonnaise. Cover with remaining four slices of cubed bread. Cover mixture with egg and milk mixture. Refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator 20 minutes before baking. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and spoon soup over it. Cover with cheese and paprika. Bake one hour and 20 minutes. Serve hot. Also good cold.
