Makes 2 gallons. Mix together:

2 pkgs. dry yeast
8 lbs. brown sugar
2 gal. warm water
2 boxes raisins
2 lb. rice
6 oranges, cut in pieces

Let stand for 21 days. After 21 days, strain and put in bottles. Chill.
