CREME DE MENTHE BROWNIES 
1 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. flour
1 (16 oz.) can Hershey's chocolate syrup
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix all ingredients except nuts by hand or electric mixer. Add nuts. Line a 9 x 13 inch pan with foil and lightly grease the foil. Pour in mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool completely.

2 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
2 tbsp. green creme de menthe

(I use the baking kind - probably could use the liquor kind).

Mix sugar, butter and creme de menthe with an electric mixer. Spread over the baked and cooled brownie mixture.

6 oz. chocolate chips
6 tbsp. butter

Melt chocolate chips and butter in a double boiler. Pour over the creme de menthe layer. Refrigerate. When cool, cut into squares.
