CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
1 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. light brown sugar, packed
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 (11 oz.) pkg. Hershey's milk chocolate chips

Cream butter, brown sugar, sugar, eggs and vanilla until light and fluffy. Combine flour, baking soda and salt; add to creamed mixture. Stir in nuts and chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonful onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes, or until light brown. Makes about 6 dozen cookies.
