EGG NOG 
6 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1 qt. milk
3 jiggers of your favorite

Separate the eggs. Beat the yolks and sugar until creamy. Add whiskey and milk, stirring all the while so that the whiskey won't cook the eggs and sugar mixture. Beat the whipping cream until it stand sin peaks and add to the mixture. Now beat the egg whites until they stand in peaks and then fold into the above mixture. Let stand at least 12 hours. Add nutmeg to taste.
