CHICKEN BREAD SOUP | |
1 can chicken broth 2 c. warm water Put over 2 cakes yeast. Also 1/2 cup of sugar, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 cup oil. Also 1/2 warm water with 3 cups of all-purpose flour until smooth. Set aside. Let rise 45 minutes or until double then add 3 level cups of flour. Knead well again, let rise until double then divide in half and make into 2 loaves of bread. Grease 2 loaf pans. Let raise until a dent in one does not leave a mark. Bake at 300 degrees for 40 minutes, be sure your oven is hot when you put bread in. Good luck. |
