BASIC QUICHE 
1 (9 inch) pie shell
1/2 to 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
1/2 to 1 c. chopped drained vegetables, meat, etc.
6 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. herbs or seasonings
1/2 tsp. salt

Bake pie shell, according to package directions. Sprinkle cheese, vegetables, meat in shell. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over cheese-vegetable mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until set.
