BASIC QUICHE | |
1 (9") baked pie shell 1/2-1 c. (2-4 oz.) shredded cheese 1/2-1 c. chopped, drained, cooked vegetables, meats, seafood or poultry 6 eggs 1 c. milk 1/2 tsp. herb or other seasoning 1/2 tsp. salt Sprinkle cheese and vegetable into pie shell. Beat together remaining ingredients until well blended. Pour over cheese and vegetable. Bake at 375 degrees in preheated oven until knife inserted near the center comes out clean, about 30 to 40 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. |
