CORN PUDDING 
1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
1 can Niblets corn, drained
1 can yellow cream style corn
1 stick butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
3 eggs, beaten

Beat all together and place in buttered casserole, oblong, about 1 1/2 to 2 quarts. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
