AUNT LYDIA'S CORN PUDDING 
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can creamstyle corn
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. sour cream
2 eggs, beaten
1 box Jiffy Corn muffin mix

Mix together (I start with first 2 ingredients and then mix after addition of each ingredient listed). Bake in greased casserole 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
