CORN PUDDING CASSEROLE | |
2 eggs, slightly beaten 1 can creamed corn 1 can whole kernel corn 1 c. sour cream 1/4 c. melted butter 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix Mix all ingredients except muffin mix together. Add muffin mix. Pour into 9 x 13 cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 3/4 hour, or until done. Shredded cheese may be sprinkled over top before baking, if desired. |
