CORN PUDDING I 
1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
1 (16 oz.) can whole corn, drained
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, melted
2 eggs
1 c. cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients except 1/2 cup cheese. Pour into casserole dish. Bake 30 minutes. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake 15 minutes more.
