STRAWBERRIES FLAMBE 
2 c. strawberries halved
1/4 stick of butter
Zest of 1 lemon
Zest from 1 orange and juice
1 oz. Brandy
1 c. white sugar
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
1 lg. stainless or flambe skillet

Lightly saute strawberries in butter on 1 side of the skillet. Begin melting sugar on other side of the skillet. When it mostly melts add the juice and zest. Carefully add the Brandy! Watch out for the flame, if you are cooking for a party and people are watching you can increase brandy to 2 ounces but flame with also increase! Cook until mixture slightly thickens. Serve hot over vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!
