ENCHILADAS 
1 lb. hamburger
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. crushed cumin seed
1 can enchilada sauce
1 dozen corn tortillas
10 oz. Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. chili powder
1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce

Brown hamburger and onion. Drain meat. Add 1 teaspoon chili powder, 1/4 teaspoon red pepper, 1/4 teaspoon oregano, 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon cumin seed, 1 can enchilada sauce, 1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce. Simmer while grating cheese.

Place spoonfuls of sauce in each tortilla with cheese. Place tortillas in this pan, extra sauce and cheese on top. Cook in oven 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
