YUMMY CHICKEN | |
1 box long grain wild rice 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 1/2 c. milk 4 or 5 chicken breasts 1 pkg. onion soup mix Combine rice, seasoning package, mushroom soup and milk. Spread in bottom of 9 x 13 pan that has been well-greased. Cover with chicken, then sprinkle onion soup mix on top. Cover tightly with foil. Bake 2 hours at 350°F. |
