6 to 8 chicken breasts
Salt & pepper
1 sm. jar peach preserves
1 sm. bottle Catalina salad dressing
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix

Place chicken breasts in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix together peach preserves, salad dressing and onion soup mix. Pour over chicken breasts. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
