YUMMY CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
5 oz. chow mein noodles 2 (5 oz.) cans bone chicken or turkey (could use left over meat) 2 (2 oz.) cans sliced mushrooms (optional) 2 c. diced celery 3 oz. cashews 1 cream of mushroom soup 1 cream of chicken soup 1 can milk 1/2 c. chopped onion 5 oz. can sliced water chestnuts Put 1/2 noodles in 9 x 13 inch pan. Add other ingredients in layers in order given. Mix soup and milk and pour over mixture. Top with remaining noodles. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. Let stand 15 minutes before serving. |
