YUMMY POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns
1/4 c. butter
Salt & pepper to taste
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1 pt. sour cream
10 oz. sharp cheese, grated
3 oz. cream cheese

Melt butter. Thaw potatoes. Mix all ingredients (except potatoes) in a large bowl. Add potatoes; stir. Spread in a greased long, flat casserole. Grate 3/4 to 1 cup of the cheese to sprinkle on top of potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
