POTATO CHIP COOKIES | |
1 1/2 c. sifted flour 2 sticks butter 1 c. confectioner's sugar 1/2 c. pecans 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. crushed potato chips 1 egg yolk Sift flour once before measuring. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg yolk and blend. Blend in vanilla. Add flour gradually and mix until flour is all blended. Fold in potato chips and nuts. Drop from teaspoon on ungreased baking sheet and bake in 350 degree oven, about 15 minutes or until done. Sprinkle with powdered sugar while still warm. |
