POTATO CHIP COOKIES 
2 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips
powdered sugar

Cream butter; add sugar. Add vanilla and flour. Stir potato chips in by hand. Drop by teaspoonful on greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 350°F for 12 to 15 minutes or until light golden. When cool, sift powdered sugar on all sides of cookie.

Yield: 8 dozen.
