1 egg
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. diced apples
1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Beat egg. Add sugar. Sift flour. Add apples, nuts, vanilla and cinnamon. Spread in pie tin. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
