SALTINE CRACKER CAKE | |
32 Saltine crackers, crushed 6 egg whites, room temperature 1 tsp. cream of tartar 2 c. sugar 2 c. nuts, chopped Beat eggs and cream of tartar until stiff. Mix in crushed crackers and nuts and sugar. Mix well. Bake in long pan for 25 minutes at 325 degrees. Let cool. TOPPING: 1 lg. Cool Whip 1 lg. can pineapple, drained 1 lg. can coconut Mix well and spread on cooled cake. |
