SWEET AND SOUR SPARE RIBS 
Country style spare ribs, enough for your family
Duck sauce

Boil water. Parboil ribs for 15 minutes. Place ribs in roasting pan. Coat ribs well with duck sauce. Cook 1/2 hour and coat ribs again with sauce. Continue cooking ribs until meat pulls away from bone fairly easy with a fork.
