YANKEE SWEET AND SOUR RIBS OR CHICKEN | |
1 c. regular pancake syrup 1/4 c. soy sauce 1/4 c. wine vinegar Skin chicken and baste in sauce 1/2 hour on each side. Remove from sauce and sprinkle paprika on meat. If using country style ribs, sprinkle with Accent. Retain sauce. Grease baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Spoon one tablespoon sauce on each piece of meat and bake another half hour. Then turn meat over and spoon sauce on other side. Bake another 20 minutes. Unused sauce may be retained and used again. |
