COLD PICNIC MEATLOAF 
4 lb. ground beef
2 slightly beaten eggs
2 (5 1/2 oz.) cans evaporated milk
1 c. cocktail sauce
2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped dill pickle
2 tbsp. prepared horseradish
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped celery

Combine all; mix well. Bake at 350 degrees until done, 50-60 minutes. Drain well. Chill, slice and serve with additional cocktail sauce if desired. Yield 12-16 servings.
