SQUASH CASSEROLE 
1 qt. squash (zucchini)
1 lg. onion
1 egg
Dash of pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
1 stick butter (oleo)
Cornbread crumbs (1 to 2 c. or until liquids are absorbed)
Sage to taste

Cook squash and onion together until tender and drain off water. Add egg, sugar, salt, pepper, butter, cornbread crumbs and sage. Place in a baking dish and bake at 450 degrees until brown.
