SCOTCH SHORTBREAD 
2 c. flour
1 c. (2 sticks) butter
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar

Mix all together thoroughly and put in 10 x 10 inch greased pan. Put fork holes through dough. Cook for 1 hour at 275 degrees. Cut in small rectangles as soon as it is removed from oven. Let cool.
