GRANNY'S SCOTCH SHORTBREAD | |
2 sticks real butter 1 1/2 c. sugar 2 1/2 c. flour In a large mixer bowl, blend butter and sugar, add flour slowly until ball forms. Pat thin 1/4 inch into pan (ungreased). Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown. Cut while still warm into 1 inch pieces immediately shake a few at a time in confectioners' sugar. |
