KYLE'S SCOTCH SHORTBREAD 
2 c. flour
1 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Pat into ungreased 8 inch square pan. Bake 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Cut into squares when cool.

Serve with fresh strawberries, blueberries, peaches and whipped cream.
