SEE'S CANDY FUDGE 
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups sugar
1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
10 large marshmallows
1 cup chopped nuts

Combine butter, chocolate chips and vanilla in a medium bowl; set aside. Bring sugar, milk and marshmallows to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to low and cook 6 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour hot mixture over ingredients in the bowl. Beat with an electric mixer until fudge is thick and dull (doesn't take long!). Stir in nuts. Pour into an 8-inch square pan. Refrigerate several hours to firm.

Makes 36 squares.
