SEE'S CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
4 c. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 (12 oz.) bags chocolate chips (18 oz. altogether)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter
1-1/3 c. evaporated milk (or thick powdered coffee-mate mixed with water)
1 jar (7 oz.) marshmallow creme
2 c. chopped walnuts (or more if you like it nuttier)

Mix butter, sugar, salt and milk together in a large pot and bring to a boil, 245°F on candy thermometer. Remove from heat and add marshmallow from the jar. Add the chocolate chips. Blend fast and well by whipping it. Add the vanilla and walnuts.

Makes about 4 pounds; fills two 8-inch square pans.

This is really good and a little piece goes a long way.
