STUFFED MEATLOAF 
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. catsup
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 slices boiled ham
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (4 oz.)

In a large bowl, combine beef, bread crumbs, onion, catsup, egg, oregano, salt and pepper until smooth. On a piece of aluminum foil, pat the mixture into a 12 x 8 inch rectangle. Layer ham on meat and sprinkle on cheese.

Starting at one 8 inch end, roll meat up (jelly roll fashion) lifting meat with the foil. Smooth seam, then place roll, seam side down, in 8 x 12 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
