CHICKEN RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. raw rice
1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
1 can water
1/2 pkg. Lipton onion soup
Chicken

Sprinkle rice in bottom of Pyrex dish. Lay cut up chicken on top, skin side up. Season chicken lightly. Heat in pan the soup, water and dry soup. Pour over chicken, cover dish with foil and bake 2 hours and then uncover and bake 1/2 hour.
