QUICK CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
1 fryer, cut up 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix 1 c. rice 1 can mushroom soup Put rice in bottom of 9"x13" pan. Sprinkle dry soup mix over rice. Place salted chicken on top of rice. Mix soup with 1 can of water. Pour over chicken. Add 2 cans of water. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours, uncovered. Add more water if it looks dry. |
