CHICKEN QUICHE 
1 deep dish Pet Ritz pie shell

Bake at 400 degrees for 4 minutes.

Saute 1 tablespoon green onion in 2 tablespoons butter and add 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms then add 2 cups cooked chicken, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon lemon juice. Simmer 8 minutes with the lid on, cook without lid a few minutes longer. Pour into pie crust.

Mix: 1/2 c. half and half Pinch pepper 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, grated

Mix this then pour over chicken. Bake until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
