SWISS TURKEY (OR CHICKEN) QUICHE 
1 9" unbaked pie shell
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. chicken flavor instant bouillon
2 c. cubed turkey or chicken
1 c. milk
3 eggs, well beaten
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can French fried onion rings, optional

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Bake pie shell 8 minutes and remove. Reduce oven to 350 degrees.

In a medium bowl, toss cheese with flour and bouillon. Add rest of ingredients. Mix well. Pour into shell. Bake 40-45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes and cut.

You may want to top with a can of French fried onions the last 5 minutes.
