EASY LASAGNA 
12 oz. extra wide egg noodles
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 tbsp. onion, minced
1 (32 oz.) jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
1 tsp. ground oregano
24 oz. cottage cheese
8 oz. mild Cheddar cheese, shredded
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook egg noodles per package instructions. Brown hamburger with minced onion and drain fat. Add Ragu sauce and oregano to hamburger. Stir and simmer until hot.

1ST LAYER: Place 1/2 of cooked egg noodles in ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan.

2ND LAYER: Half of hamburger-Ragu sauce.

3RD LAYER: 8 ounce Cheddar cheese.

4TH LAYER: 24 ounce cottage cheese.

5TH LAYER: Half cooked egg noodles.

6TH LAYER: Half hamburger-Ragu sauce.

7TH LAYER: 8 ounce Mozzarella cheese.

8TH LAYER: Grated Parmesan cheese.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and cook for 5 minutes longer.
