POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. bag frozen hash browns, thawed
1/4 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can chicken soup, do not dilute
1 can celery soup, do not dilute
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Crushed potato chips
1/2 lb. grated cheese (your choice Velveeta is good)
1 c. milk

Mix potatoes with butter, mix well with other ingredients except potato chips and enough of the cheese for top. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees top with chips and cheese. Bake 8 to 10 minutes. This makes a large dish.
