CHEESY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3-4 c. cooked chicken breast, cut into bite-size chunks
1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) c. sour cream
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
3 c. crushed Ritz crackers (the cheese flavored is very good)
5 pats butter

Place chicken in baking dish. Mix undiluted soup and sour cream; pour over chicken. Sprinkle cheese over soup mixture. Cover with Ritz cracker crumbs and place the 5 pats of butter on the cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
