CHEESY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 whole chicken breasts, split, boned, skinned, cut into sm. pieces
1 family size pkg. Rice a Roni chicken flavor
1 lg. bunch fresh broccoli, cut into sm. florwerets
1 sm. pkg. frozen corn, thawed
10 oz. (approximately) of extra sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1/3 c. sour cream
24 oz. Ricotta cheese
3 cloves garlic, minced

Prepare Rice a Roni according to package directions, except add chicken pieces the same time as water. When cooked, mixed in all other ingredients. Put in oven safe casserole dish and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until golden. Yield: 8 servings.
