STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 qt. strawberries
1 c. water
3 tbsp. light Karo syrup
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. strawberry Jello

Boil sugar, water, cornstarch and syrup until thick. Add Jello. Let cool. Add to room temperature strawberries. Pour into a 9" pie crust (baked). Refrigerate until ready to serve. Top with whipped cream.
