STRAWBERRY PRETZEL DESSERT 
3 tbsp. sugar
2 c. crushed pretzels
3/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 pkg. whipped topping or 1 med. carton frozen topping
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
2 1/2 c. boiling water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries

Mix first 3 ingredients in 9x13 pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees (will be bubbly); cool. Cream softened cream cheese, adding powdered sugar. Prepare whipped topping or use frozen topping. Fold cheese mixture and topping together. Add marshmallows. Spread over baked crust.

Dissolve gelatin in water. Stir in strawberries; chill until slightly thickened. Spread over cheese layer; chill. This is best prepared the day before.

VARIATION: Use lime gelatin and pineapple pie filling.
