SWEET POTATO SOUFFLE | |
4 c. sweet potatoes 1 c. evaporated milk 1 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 4 tbsp. butter TOPPING: 1 c. brown sugar 1 c. chopped nuts 3 tbsp. flour 6 tbsp. butter Mix souffle with blender or mixer and pour into casserole dish. Mix topping and sprinkle over top of souffle. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. |
