CRANBERRY JELLO SALAD 
3 sm. pkgs. raspberry Jello
3 c. water, half cold and half boiling
4 delicious apples, grated
1 pt. sour cream
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 can whole cranberry sauce

Mix all and put 1/2 in bottom of Pyrex dish 8 x 12. Let set. Spread sour cream over top. Then add balance of Jello over sour cream. Can add some grated or chopped walnuts if desired. Put in refrigerator to set. Can make day ahead it sets up better.
